RETURN/RESTOCKING POLICY

At Diatrim Tools, we understand that occasionally, products may need to be returned for valid reasons. To facilitate this process, we have established the following restocking policy:

1.     Eligibility for Returns: Products may only be returned if a valid reason exists, such as:

o    Product defects or malfunctions.

o    Incorrect product received (different from what was ordered).

o    Damaged products upon arrival.

2.     Restocking Fee:

o    All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.

o    This fee covers processing, inspection, and repackaging of returned items.

3.     Return Procedure:

o    To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service within 10 business days of receiving the product to discuss the reason for return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

o    Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

o    Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.

4.     Exclusions:

o    Products that have been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

o    Customized or special-order items cannot be returned.

o    Overstock items, items which are no longer of use, or items which can no longer be resold.

5.     Refund Process:

o    Once the returned product is received and inspected, a credit note will be issued

6.     Customer Responsibility:

o    Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect product shipped).
